The PSA philsys of Zambo del Norte conducted a re-orientation on the capturing of front face photo for the national ID on June 28, 2022. 15 Supervisors and 50 operators were present. The Philsys Registry Office had been receiving complaints on the defects of the actual ID card - the quality of the photos, the demographic data reflected on the ID card (wrong spelling, wrong date). For those techy millenials who would then resort to fuss the social media with their disappointments caught the attention of the management of the Philsys Registry Office. 

With this, the management called for an urgent meeting for all the Focal Persons and the Information Systems Analysts all over the Philippines to discuss the complaints of the registrants and card holders last June 22, 2022 via webex. The proper procedure in capturing photographs was studied. The whole registration process was reiterated. Emphasis was given in every step of the procedure. 

The Philsys of the Zambo del Norte PSO found it necessary to re echo to the Registration Center Supervisors and Registration Kit Operators the things discussed in the virtual meeting. Thus, the re-orientation was scheduled last June 28, 2022.
