In view of the opening of the in-person classes, PhilSys workers are directed by the Undersecretary and National Statistician, Dennis S. Mapa to coordinate with the Department of Education (DepEd) for partnership for the ongoing implementation of PSA's major program - the registration to the Philippine Registration System (PhilSys). 

To heed this call, the Provincial Statistical Office, Zamboanga del Norte had sent letters of intent to all DepEd Officials in the province. Zamboanga del Norte has 936 schools both public and private, elementary and high schools, reiterating the government's goal of registering all Filipinos and the measures taken to achieve its objectives.
