28 July 2025 – ZAMBOANGA CITY. The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Regional Statistical Services Office IX held a National ID mobile registration activity in partnership with the Department of Health (DOH) as part of the DOH’s 66th Founding Anniversary celebration. The event took place on July 28, 2025, at the Department of Health Zamboanga Peninsula Center for Health Development (DOH-ZPCHD) Compound in Upper Calarian, Zamboanga City.

This activity is part of PSA’s ongoing efforts to bring National ID services closer to the people, especially for those who are too busy or do not have the time to visit the registration center. By offering mobile registration services during events like this, PSA makes it easier and more convenient for individuals to register for their National ID.

During the celebration, a total of 22 employees were successfully registered for the National ID. Out of these, 10 individuals were immediately given their National ID printed on a paper form. This initiative shows how mobile registration can help reach more people and make sure that everyone gets a chance to register, even if they have hectic schedules.
