The Overseas Workers' Welfare Administration-RWO9 once again celebrated the "Migrant Workers' Day 2023" last June 7, 2023, in Dipolog City, at the Zamboanga del Norte Sports and Cultural Center.

This was an annual event held every 7th of June in celebration of the signing of RA 8042, also known as the Migrant Workers' Act of 1995. This activity was also held annually to recognize the selflessness of the OFWs and their great contribution to the country.

PhilSys Step 2 registration led by Registration Center Supervisor Ariel Rebalbusa together with Christian Lagahit, Rodul Pampilo, and Amancia Abitona participated in the Migrant Workers' Day celebration in response to OWWA's invitation thru an invitation letter addressed to Ma'am Ma. Lila Daan dated June 2, 2023. The team successfully registered thirty-five (35) participants during the event.
