In line with the objective to fast track the CBMS data collection in the municipality of Sindangan, the PSA Zamboanga del Norte CBMS Core Team attended a meeting held on March 8, 2023, at the Sindangan Cultural Sports Complex in order to address the complaints raised by some of the barangay LGUS concerning about the boundaries as indicated in the map provided by the PSA. Present were all Barangay Chairpersons, MPDC Maybelle Cabañog, MLGOO River A. Tabada, representative from the Municipal Assessor's Office, Engr. Rouel G. Espinosa, and invited guest from the DENR-Land Management Officer III Ferdinand B. Guirgio. 

The activity was concluded with an agreement with the concerned barangays to submit documents, such as a barangay resolution and other legal documents that would substantiate their individual claims, subject for review by the National Censuses Service, Census Planning and Coordination Division (NCS-CPCD).
