Philippine Statistics Authority – Fixed Registration Center successfully started the implementation on the change in and/or correction of entry/ies in the demographic information of the registered persons in the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) on 16 May.

Consistent with Section 11 of Republic Act (RA) No. 11055, otherwise known as the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) Act, the registered persons are required to update their registration information in case of change in or correction of entry/ies in the information collected and stored under the PhilSys.

The registered person requesting for change in and/or correction of entry/ies in the demographic information shall bring the PhilID or ePhilID and present original applicable supporting documents in order to process the request.
