The Presidential Communications Office (PCO) and the Philippine Information Agency, in collaboration with various national and regional offices, organized a highly successful Post- SONA Caravan Forum on July 27, 2023, at the Dapitan City Government Center. The event aimed to highlight the remarkable accomplishments of the PBBM Administration in Region IX.

PSA Zamboanga del Norte was among the distinguished organizations invited to participate in this momentous activity. Embracing the opportunity, the PhilSys Registration Team, led by RCS Ariel Rebalbusa, took charge of the event's registration process. Working together with Rodul Pampilo, Maribeth Candoy, and Amancia Abitona as RKOs and Screener respectively, the team efficiently registered 16 participants for the PhilSys (Philippine Identification System). Additionally, the PhilSys Birth Registration Assistance Project (PBRAP) services were also provided to the attendees.
