25 March 2025 – ZAMBOANGA CITY. The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) IX received an invitation letter from the Department of Social Welfare and Development Field Office 9 to commemorate the conclusion of their month-long observance of the 74th Anniversary Celebration, themed "Bawat Pamilya ay Mahalaga sa Bagong Pilipinas." A significant highlight of the event was the awarding ceremony, during which PSA IX was recognized as one of the esteemed partners for the Regional Recognition of Outstanding Partners and Stakeholders. The plaque of recognition was conferred to PSA IX in acknowledgement of its exemplary service and unwavering dedication in assisting returning Filipinos from Sabah through the provision of National ID Registration and issuance of National ID in paper form, an essential document within the country.

The PSA IX is committed to highlighting the significance and advantages of registering in the National ID program, which is accessible to all Filipino citizens.
