30 August 2024 – ZAMBOANGA CITY. The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) – Regional Statistical Services Office IX has extended its National ID services to families affected by the fire in Barangay Camino Nuevo. The National ID team assisted these individuals in retrieving their transaction numbers, enabling them to request printed copies of their National IDs. Same-day issuance of the printed National ID was provided for those who had not yet registered, ensuring that affected residents could quickly access their National ID. This effort highlights the PSA's commitment to supporting communities, ensuring that citizens have access to essential services even under challenging circumstances.

The team is committed to maintaining professionalism, efficiency, and accuracy, ensuring they provide the best possible service to everyone participating in the registration process. This dedication likely builds trust and confidence among the public in the national ID system.
