The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Regional Statistical Services Office IX conducted the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) Registration last 25 July 2023 at Zamboanga City Plaza Pershing, also known as “Plaza de Don Juan de Salcedo” and was renamed Plaza Pershing in year 1915 and one of the most visited local places.

This activity intends to allow registration for individuals who haven't yet registered in PhilSys to provide quick access and convenience, and it also allows them to print their ePhilID while they're waiting for their PhilID card. The activity was facilitated by three (3) personnel that included Registration Center Supervisor and Registration Kit Operators.

To date, PSA RSSO IX continues to further intensify its goal to make PhilSys registration more accessible to the people.
