08 May 2024 – ZAMBOANGA CITY. The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) in coordination with the Philippine Coast Guard, conducted an on-site PhilSys registration at the Coast Guard District Southwestern Mindanao at the Western Mindanao Command Zamboanga City.

The focus of the on-site PhilSys registration is to provide easy access to the men in uniform dispatched in the Western Mindanao Command to register in PhilSys. Registration of residence residing in the Western Mindanao Command including children ages from 1 to 4 years old, is one of the target registrants of PhilSys during the onsite registration. Issuance of ePhilID was also provided to registrants who had already registered but have not received their PhilID card yet. Request for retrieval of Transaction number was provided to registrants that have lost their Transaction Slips, for them to be able to request for a copy of their ePhilID and track the whereabouts of their PhilID cards. The one-day on-site PhilSys registration at the Coast Guard District Southwestern Mindanao was able to register a total of 66 registrants.  

To date, PSA RSSO IX continues to further intensify its goal to make PhilSys registration more accessible to the people.
