18 April 2024 – ZAMBOANGA CITY. The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) central office headed by Atty. Ansary S. Cosain, OIC-Fraud Management Division and Atty. Carlo Antalan of Legal Service, together with Jacob Shaquille T. Wee, Registration Officer III of the Philippine Statistics Authority Regional Field Office IX, conducted a coordination meeting with the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) of the Philippine National Police (PNP) headed by Police Colonel John Francis P. Encinareal, Regional Chief of the CIDG RFU 9.

One of the highlights of the coordination is to raise awareness on the regulations on the printing, issuance and usage of fake PhilID or ePhilID and other Civil Registration Documents.
