In line with the commitment of the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) to register and issue Philippine Identification cards to all Filipinos, Zamboanga del Norte PhilSys Registration teams reached out to residents and conducted registrations in the various schools of the remote barangays of Manukan, Jose Dalman, and Siayan, Zamboanga del Norte, from January 3, 2024, to the present date. This effort ensures that no one will be left unregistered. The teams successfully registered 850 pupils from different schools.

Bringing the registration process to the doorsteps of the schools, aiming to ensure that all unregistered children are accounted for, was a significant relief for the parents and residents of these barangays. This approach spared them the expense of travel and provided a more accessible means of registration.
