The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Regional Statistical Services Office IX conducted the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) Institutional Registration, which is an on-site registration activity at Lubigan National High School in last 27 March 2023.

This strategy aims to accommodate students, teachers, and school personnel, who have not yet register in PhilSys. The activity was facilitated by six (6) personnel that included Registration Center Supervisor, Registration Kit Operators, Screener and Alternate Screener to register the employees and their respective families as well.

To date, PSA RSSO IX continues to further intensify its goal to make PhilSys registration more accessible to the people.
