On June 13, 2025, the Philippine Statistics Authority - Provincial Statistical Office of Zamboanga del Norte joined the "Serbisyo Gugma Caravan sa Barangay Talinga" in the municipality of Leon B. Postigo. The activity was spearheaded by the Provincial Government of Zamboanga del Norte and the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) as part of the National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-ELCAC) under the Retooled Community Support Program (RCSP). This outreach aimed to bring essential government services closer to the people and was participated by various national government agencies.

Through its National ID team, the PSA provided key services including registration for the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys), issuance of printed ePhilIDs, and assistance in checking the status of National ID registrations. The caravan served as a valuable opportunity to conduct onsite registration and promote public awareness about the National ID System.
