12 August 2024 – ZAMBOANGA CITY. The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) – Regional Statistical Services Office IX opened its National ID registration center at one of the Daycare Centers in Barangay Kasanyangan. This proactive approach aims to register children ages 1 to 4 years old where they can use the National ID in school registration and other public and private transactions. 
The National ID Registration Team is actively conducting registration and issuing National ID in paper form in various barangays across Zamboanga City, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, efficiency, and accuracy throughout its operations. This ensures that the residents of Zamboanga City can easily register for and receive their National ID in a timely, reliable manner, further enhancing access to essential government services.
