22 – 26 January 2024 – ZAMBOANGA CITY. The Philippine Statistics Authority – Regional Statistical Services Office (PSA-RSSO) IX spearheaded the Second Level Training on 2023 National Information and Communications Technology Household Survey at Terra Cotta Hotel, Tumaga, Zamboanga City headed by Regional Director Mewchun WS. Pamaran.
Officer-In-Charge CRASD Chief Conrad E. Sontillano formally opened the training with his welcome message. The resource persons during the 5-day Second Level Training on 2023 NICTHS were Statistical Specialist II–OIC District Office Zamboanga City Sonia D. Supnet and Assistant Statistician Romel S. Ganzale of PSA, Zamboanga Sibugay.

Also present during the 2023 NICTHS second level training were Officer-In-Charge SOCD Chief Ma. Flerida E. Tan, Officer-In-Charge for Zamboanga del Sur–Supervising Statistical Specialist Dimna P. Bienes, Statistical Analyst–Focal Person Aida L. Tauto-An of PSA, Zamboanga del Sur, Chief Statistical Specialist for Zamboanga del Norte Ma. Lila D. Daan, Statistical Specialist II–Focal Person Angelica S. Guirgio, Chief Statistical Specialist for Zamboanga Sibugay Atty. Richard D. Tabigne and Assistant Statistician-COSW Revin V. Cataylo.

The 2023 NICTHS is in collaboration with the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) which aims to gather updated community, household and individual Information and Communications Technology (ICT) data that are necessary in producing internationally comparable core ICT indicators.

The Second Level Training on 2023 NICTHS was concluded by the closing message of Officer-In-Charge SOCD Chief Ma. Flerida E. Tan.
