The Philippine Statistics Authority CRS-Serbilis outlet Dipolog City has continued its delivery of services in issuing civil registry documents in Security Paper namely: Certificate of Live Birth, Certificate of Marriage, Certificate of Death and Certificate of No Marriage to the transacting clients. 

For the month May 2022 this CRS outlet had issued a total of 16,687 Civil Registry documents in Security Paper (SECPA); 9,092 births, 1,475 Marriages, 478 are Deaths, 1,495 CENOMAR. 1,052 documents do have not record resulting to negative certification. 

On the other hand, this outlet is now implementing an Appointment System- a new way of acquiring PSA copy of civil registry documents in Security Paper (SECPA) at any PSA-CRS outlet. The purpose of this appointment system is to prevent congestion at the CRS outlet and to ensure that the transacting clients will be served by this outlet at their selected scheduled date and time convenient to them.
