Last January 19, 2023 marks the conclusion of the 8-day training of the CBMS HPQ 4th level training conducted in Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte which was held at the Sindangan Cultural Sports Complex. In attendance were MPDC Maybelle I. Cabañog, hired HCAS of PSA, and 119 participants employed by the municipal LGU as enumerators and supervisors for the upcoming data collection.

Moreover, the event was formally closed by Hon. Mayor Rosendo S. Labadlabad, wherein he emphasized that inaccurate data can be deceiving and might lead to poor decisions by its users. According to the municipal mayor himself, he further stressed out that "Information is knowledge, and knowledge is power." Hence, he is encouraging all involved personnel to gather accurate, reliable, and useful data.
