On 24 January 2023, the CBMS provincial core team of PSA-Zamboanga del Norte, headed by CBMS Provincial Focal Person Rasul J. Maruji, conducted an emergency meeting with the secretaries and treasurers of each barangay in the municipality of Polanco. The meeting was called for the purpose of addressing problems concerning the compliance of the barangay LGUS in accomplishing CBMS Form 4-Barangay Profile Questionnaire and verification of the data entered therein. In the said meeting, present were Municipal Budget Officer Ma. Roselle C. Aniñon and Municipal Accountant Proserphine G. Godinez, CPA, who assisted in giving clarifications on the appropriate data that must be entered in the questionnaire. All questions raised by the participants were answered, and all barangays agreed to finish and submit CBMS Form 4 on or before 17 February 2023.
