In line with the Philippine Statistics Authority's (PSA) commitment to register and issue Philippine Identification cards to 92 million Filipinos by December 2023, PSA Philsys Zamboanga del Norte collaborated with various establishments to establish registration centers within their respective offices.

Zamboanga del Norte Electric Cooperative (ZANECO) enthusiastically responded to this call for assistance in achieving the PSA's target. With the approval of their General Manager, Atty. Jordanne Chan-Antonio, a Registration Center Supervisor was appointed to organize and set up a registration site within their office premises. Registration commenced on September 12, 2023.
