The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Regional Statistical Services Office IX successfully conducted the May Tanong Ako: Training on PhilSys Step 3 Registration Concerns and Queries last 23 July 2022 at the 2nd Floor, Crystal Ballroom, Grand Astoria Hotel, Major Jaldon Street, Zamboanga City. The activity was held to cascade the standard responses relating to Step 3 concerns and queries as well as to ensure that the Step 3 standard responses are used by registration center personnel in handling grievances.

Conrad E. Sontillano, OIC-Chief of the Civil Registration and Administrative Support Division (CRASD) was among those in attendance and during his message encouraged the participants to give their utmost attention and diligence to the training. He further stated that standard responses should be clearly explained to the public in order to enhance knowledge on step 3 procedures and avoid future grievances.

The one-day training was attended by forty three (43) personnel that included Registration Center Supervisors, Registration Kit Operators, Screeners, Alternate Screeners, Crowd Control, and Utility Worker.

To date, PSA RSSO IX continues to further intensify its goal to make PhilSys registration and information more accessible to the people.
