The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Regional Statistical Services Office IX conducted the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) Institutional Registration, which is an on-site registration activity at Manicahan Poblacion Elementary School, last 24 April 2023.

This strategy aims to accommodate students, teachers, and school personnel, who have not yet registered in PhilSys. The activity was facilitated by four (4) personnel that included Registration Center Supervisor, Registration Kit Operators and Screener to register the employees and their respective families as well.

To date, PSA RSSO IX continues to further intensify its goal to make PhilSys registration more accessible to the people.
