The Local Civil Registrar's Office of the Municipality of Siayan successfully conducted a free Mobile Registration campaign across all 22 barangays of the municipality. As part of the initiative, the office collaborated with the Provincial Statistical Office (PSO) of Zamboanga del Norte, inviting National ID personnel to conduct on-site registration under the newly branded National Identification System. The campaign ran from February 17 to March 25, 2025, in support of the Republic Act No. 3753, which mandates the registration of all vital events. Alongside this, PhilSys registration was conducted to help meet its goal of registering all Filipinos, regardless of age, and providing them with a unified and valid proof of identity.

As a result of this joint effort, a total of 731 individuals were successfully registered for the National ID. This collaborative initiative reflects the government's commitment to bringing essential services closer to the people-ensuring accessibility, inclusivity, and the promotion of civil documentation for all.
