“PSA@10: Providing Quality Services through Digital Transformation” is this year’s battle cry as PSA moves with the time. We see these in the things we do, such as integrating mapping in some of our activities such as our routes and how we assign people. Along the year we manage to collect some awards like the Dilaab Award from the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE}, citing our invaluable support, dedication in forging meaningful partnerships and facilitating programs and services that made a profound impact in Zamboanga Peninsula.

RSSO IX passed its ISO 9001:2015 Second Surveillance Audit conducted on 13 March by the TUV Rheinland Philippines, Inc. and got 5th place in Civil Registration as well as Financial, Human Resource and Administrative Service during the PSA Awards Night.

We were seen as one of the 2023 Outstanding Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) Stakeholders for Mindanao. One of only two in Mindanao. All of these we offer to you.

The measure of success is not by looking at one occasion, in RSSO IX, we saw it as all of our activities and working of both the Statistical Operation and Coordination Division and the Civil Registration and Administrative Support in order to get the task done. It is our mindset throughout this year, and to commemorate and share our stories of success and transparency towards the Filipino people, it is shone in stories that make this book.
